I will begin nursing program here in MO in Jan 09. I was wondering who uses palm pilots and how do you like yours? Where can i get one and does anyone offer discounts for them? Thank you.

I have a blackberry myself but heard that some hospitals will not allow them because it is a phone and has a camera
I was looking at this PDA-

Haven't had any problem r/t the blackberry. I just assure them that I put it into Airplane mode (turns the cell radio off) and they are cool with it.

Crap. I wish I had known that before getting all the PDA stuff. I have a Blackberry Pearl!
Not sure if yo can use the Pearl in the same way as the Curve/Bold/etc. It has a lot of limitations, you might be better with the PDA.
Ahhh, phew! Thanks for the info!
