Pace ABSN Spring 2022

Published

Hi everyone, I decided to start a thread for Spring 2022 cohort. I noticed one Haven’t been created as yet. I have applied for Spring 2022 and is waiting on the review process. I would like to connect with existing students and those who have or will be applying.

I feel the same way, I just need to know the decision at this point.

Yeah same here. Did you guys apply to any other college?

Mercy, Manhattanville, Rutgers for Jan 2022 and Stony Brook, Adelphi, and Fairfield for May 2022. No idea what is going to happen ?

I applied to Mercy and Adelphi too! I feel like it’s so hard to find information about Adelphi though.

Fingers crossed. This whole process is actually insane. I just really don't want to get an Associate's RN degree you know? I could have done that out of high school....!! I want to build off my existing Bachelor's degree. So I want to bam out getting a second Bachelor's degree (in nursing) quickly and join the work force. They really ought to have more accelerated programs. Half of me is like - if I don't get into any of those programs then it's a sign. This isn't meant to be.

Mercy and Manhattanville. I’ve been looking at Stony Brook and Iona too. I have 2 complete 2 prerequisites though for all the others programs except Mercy

Has anyone accepted checked the Pace Directory?

Do you come up as "Student" now instead of "Applicant"?

I completely understand. I wish they did have more accelerated programs, it definitely takes time to find them.

I found out about Iona like two weeks ago. Do you know when the deadline is? I have my application completed for Stony Brook and it’s due this week, but am debating on if I should apply or not.

How do I do that? Can you walk me thru plz

I reached out to my advisor today, I was told that my application is complete and under review. Though there  is no set notification deadline the department is actively reviewing applications on an going basis. I will be provided an update shortly.

I was also going to email today too, please let us know if you do get an update shortly after asking.

No problem, I definitely will.
