Pace ABSN Fall 2017

Published

Hi Everyone!

I know I'm crazy early because the deadline is March 1st, but I wanted to see if there was anyone else applying so we can all start exchanging helpful info. :)

For anyone asking about where I will be going, I got into my local community college's ASN program & will be doing that for the next two years & then going for the online 1 year RN-BSN at my Alma mater. I will be paying tuition out of pocket while I work so debt free ;)

@jmendez622 I applied to wagner, LIU, & drexel.

My portal still says "in review" so i'm not sure if that's a good thing or bad thing.

If it says decision made... but no interview..I am guessing that is a rejection right? :/

Hopefully it means wait listed. Stay positive!

Realistically, yes. An interview is required and they already sent rejection letters to those that interviewed.

Hi StephhM22. I am applying for Spring 2018. If you don't mind l, can you tell me my chances of getting with a 3.3 CGPA and 3.6 preqs gpa?

Hi everyone!

I got accepted to pace earlier in march, I was wondering if anyone started a Facebook group, or is committed to going ?

Are you able to share your cGPA & prereqs cPHA? Also, how was the interview?

trav91, your gpa seems just fine. People with the same stats have been considered and not considered so it's hard to say. If I could redo the process, I would get my application complete as early as possible and make my essay much stronger.

I was invited for an interview on May 15, and think it was just as a courtesy because of how late they are in the process for fall. I'm anticipating a rejection.

It is a group interview. Be prepared with your elevator pitch, questions, and know that they emphasize team work and problem solving, not throwing others under the bus. Know your conversions and rounding for the math portion. The professors were nice. Good luck to you!

Thank you very much and good luck!

I have decided to accept another program and sent my declination to Pace. I hope that helps any of you that may be waitlisted. Good luck!!!

I was accepted in February to the one year program in Fall. I am looking for a female roommate in the one year program. Anyone interested can email me at [email protected] for details.

Hey i am currently an absn student at pace currently in the second semester and I say this with the utmost honesty.. this program is hell. If you are prepared to give up your life for a year then come on board. The two year program has been removed due to how much easier it is then the one year. The staff does not help you at all they are trying to fail students currently to weed out the class. I am currently surving but still on edge as is the entire class. The summer semester is the most ridiculous. My advice if you get into another absn go there because this makes you not want to do nursing. If anyone has anymore questions feel free to ask me. Good luck to all who want to apply
