PACE ABSN fall 2015 (NYC)

Published

Hey everyone!

I wanted to start a thread for anyone that applied to PACE for the fall 2015 accelerated cohort in NYC. I submitted my application a while ago and have been reading previous threads. Some of the applicants were interviewed and they seemed to received their acceptance/rejection letters quickly.

good luck to everyone!!

My status says in review as of today. Wonder if I will hear anything this week. Does anyone know how many more seats left?

Have you already tried calling admissions office? I have my interview next week.

Can anyone who interviewed already shed some light on the types of interview questions they ask and what type of math questions are asked?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!

It is basic algebra questions...nothing too difficult

Have any of you that interviewed on Monday heard anything yet?

Hi edibe001,

Congrats! I interviewed on Feb 23rd too and I was in the last group to be interviewed (group of 3). I got my acceptance e-mail too really quickly. Were we in the same group?

Yes! We must have been! I was in that one too. I recently got accepted into Mount St Vincents program too, although I think I have officially decided to attend Pace! So I will be there this fall:).

@yz9550 did you get into the 1year program? Do you know which school your planning on attending?

Has anyone that interviewed on April 13 heard anything yet aside from the email that admission decisions were delayed?

I was told that no emails are going out and they send out decisions in the mail yesterday

@rantflea The suspense!!!! Did they say when?

Hi everyone!! First, I'd like to say congratulations to all of those who got accepted! You're on your way!!!

Most of the feedback on this thread is news of acceptances; however, last week, I received my rejection letter. I say this not to be a Debbie Downer but to encourage future apprehensive prospects to apply anyway and current prospects in my position to never give up! The answer will always be No if you don't apply, and nobody ever died of rejection. Even if Pace says no (right now), there is more than one way to reach your ultimate goal of being a nurse.

So if you're in my boat, chin up and keep pushing! Perspective is everything.

Best of luck to everyone!!

Sorry to hear that @UnicoR.N. If this is what you really want, don't ever give up!
