I had an issue with my ATT taking a while. Ask your school if they offer emailed transcripts. This works 10x faster than mail and you can usually track when it's delivered. My school said they sent it but it was taking so long that I overrode it and had it sent by email as well. I called the DPH after emailing it to confirm they received it a few hours later. Once they had it, I asked how long it typically takes to get the ATT. I got mine the next day! I would definitely recommend email, they can't get lost like regular mail can!
Hi! So I had a similar issue with the PA SBON. I graduated on May 17th, my school sent our transcripts May 25th and I did not receive my ATT until the middle of June, tested June 25th and passed. I had contacted the SBON twice and after my second time, received my ATT the next day. My friend actually drove to the office in Harrisburg and they issued her ATT that day. From what I've heard- PA SBON is really far behind with everything, new grad applications, issuing licenses and renewals. Hang in there! You'll get it soon :)

So I graduated nursing school on May 20th, 2018 from a school in Illinois and have since moved to Philadelphia and plan on working as an RN here once I pass my boards. The problem seems to be with the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing. I have had everything submitted into my application for some time now and my transcripts were sent on May 30th.I have contacted my schools nursing office and they confirmed that the transcripts were delivered to Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing. I also registered with Pearson Vue on May 8th to take the NCLEX-RN. Since June 1st I have contacted the State Board of Nursing 3 times and (after being on hold for a minimum of 1 hour) each time they tell me 2-3 weeks to process the transcripts and that I should have my ATT at "Any time". I plan on calling them tomorrow again because I feel like I am just aimlessly studying because I have no idea when I will be taking the NCLEX-RN. Has anyone else had similar experiences in regards to becoming an RN in PA or have any ideas how to speed up the process? I am just getting really frustrated and want to start working. Thanks for any help.
