Out of county at CCBC Essex?

Good day!

Does anyone have experience with applying to CCBC as an out of county student? I am unable to apply until Fall 2010 (evening and weekend program), so I wanted to know as much as I could before hand. Thanks so much in advance!

A few years ago out of county students got in-county tuition due to the manpower shortage thing and they based their admission strictly on gpa and the admission exam.

Well that part is cool, but what I meant was...is it a whole different ball game as far as getting in goes? I think I read on here that HCC does things differently for out of county applicants.
