I applied only to the Tulsa location because I can't move because of hubby's job! I'm so anxious too for letters!! I'm going to the sneak peek tonight too, btw.

It went well...but they said they are sitting down to make final decisions on Friday and then it will be a few weeks before we get our letters. So I'm not sure if they're overestimating there and maybe we'll get decisions next week or what? If it's true what people say about the applications disappearing on our status page then we can see which one we have left and know that's our decision before they send letters though.

I really enjoyed the seek peek! I felt like they were really honest and it was nice getting to talk to current students. I was really worried that each semester it would get harder and harder because your taking more advanced courses but the girls all said that the first semester is the hardest so that makes me optimistic. If we can make it through the first semester, then we can make it through the whole thing! :)

Oh man I really hope they are overestimating The waiting sucks! Last year they found out the Thursday after spring break so hopefully it's not too delayed...

The waiting is killing me LOL!! I applied to the Lawton and OKC campus but Lawton was my 1st choice. I just want to know one way or the other, I want this so bad it has been a really long time coming. Hopefully not much longer and we will all know, shoot at this point I would even be happy with waitlisted. Good luck everyone, fingers crossed!!

I do live in this area which is why I really hope to get into the Lawton campus. I did most of my pre-reqs at Cameron University, that's where the OU program is housed. Its also right across the street from one of the hospitals that most of the clinicals are done at so that really helps.

I applied to the OKC campus. The nursing advisor at OUHSC said that she didn't think the decisions would be this long. She said emails should be sent out anyday now.

@NikkiMil, nice!! I hear it's easier to get into since a lot of the applicants are from the OKC or Tulsa areas, most people I know doing pre-nursing at OU aren't applying to Lawton!

I called up there yesterday to clarify a couple things on my app. I started asking questions on why it was taking so long. So yep, anyday now is what she said!
