Hi guys! Interviews started today for the May 2011 cohort, and I think I was one of the first few to interview. I know we can't talk about specific questions that were asked during the interview, but I just wanted to see if anyone would like to share their reactions/experience here.
I personally felt pretty good, I did get one "I love your answer!" so that made me feel a little more secure:D since I felt like I stumbled on this one other question. I did feel a little rushed since they told me the interview would be super short right in the beginning (did anyone else feel that way?) I didn't get a clear answer on where we will be having clinicals/classes though....
I'm sure it will be another month after interviews end until we all get mailed acceptance letters.
Congrats to those who got in. Nothing in the mail for me today and I am even more nervous because I inteviewed 7/15/10.
I'm now worried because those of you who have gotten acceptance letters appear to have interviewed a few weeks after my interview. I really cannot stand the waiting....
Evansmom: The deposit is only $150 just to secure a seat....
nnarod: I am sure you will get your letter Monday, maybe they mailed them out all different days or your postman didn't sort the mail quick I don't know?!?
I am still waiting too. No letter for me today. I'm guessing it can't be good news. Hmmmmm.... I just wish my letter would get here. I just want to know.
That is how I feel too! Do you have any idea what the readmissions process is and if they give you feedback if we don't get in? Oh, I hope we find out tomorrow! This is harder than I thought it would be.
Hi everyone, I know how all of you of are feeling - the wait is difficult. I was interviewed in march and was accepted for January 2011 start. I just wanted to let those that didn't get letters to not read anything into it. I was one of the first to interview but I got my letter a few days after they started sending them out. They typically don't mail them all at once but sometimes they do. It could also be your post office. Many students heard on a Thursday but I didn't get my letter until a few days later. Hang in there. I wish you all the best of luck!!!
Also, if you don't get in (I hate to bring this up) you can reapply after 6 months - I am hoping this is not the case for any of you. I don't know if they give any feedback (likely not) - but you can always ask advising what to do. I know they are raising the min. GPA to 3.2 in the Fall so hopefully all of you get in!! I'm excited for you guys!!
Thank you so much for jumping in here and relieving some of our anxiety for those who did not receive any news yet. (It is stomach churning sickening waiting) and also very frustrating to get the mail and have nothing. It would be a relief to get something, anything yes or no. Anyway, good luck to all and here is to another long day of torturous waiting!

To those who have gotten in,
Congrats! How much is the deposit, if you don't mind me asking? It seems like there isn't a lot of time to come up with it if it is expensive.
