Organizational Worksheets

Dear RNs

I am a nursing student in my second semester. We are doing clincals now and I see RNs with worksheets that have their patients info on it. I figure RNs here and there have similar organizational sheets to keep them focused. Is anyone willing to share? I would love to take a look at some different set ups to see what other people are doing. Thanks.
