Are circulators allowed to have beard in the OR if they are kept neatly trimmed?

I know a doctor who required that his nurses wear full pantyhose under their uniforms (back when nurses wore skirts) to prevent contamination from "lady partsl fall-out" haha

OK folks simmer down, there is a solution to the Facial hair problem. The cafeteria has a paper like product that covers facial hair. Inexpensive and easy to wear.
