I am an international student graduated as RN-BSN from US university. I signed a contract with ADEX medical staffing in which they agree to petition a green card for me. I obtained my license since June, which was when they started my petition. However, it has been a few months and I still don't have an official job RN yet. Right now, I have to do an RN volunteer job to keep my OPT visa status. Is anyone has the same situation with me or have work with ADEX before? I would love to hear from your experience.
Hello Elija and everyone! I just found your post , and I like to know how things ended? Hope you are working now. I am about to graduate this year ,and I am also looking for a legitimate agency. I talked with Avant, and they told me that they can help with change of status while I am on OPT.
This makes me really nervous. I will look into Conexus. But is there any other agency, or hospital, or even long term care facility willing to file for OPT nurses? If anyone has an idea please share!
Did u sign with conexus or you went with another one. Please let me know because I’m confused.

Hi just saw your post, was wondering if things worked out with Adex finally. And if you know of another agency. I only know of Adex and Conexus but people seem to be complaining about them. Any information will be helpful. ps: Anyone with information should please reply and what is the name of the facebook group for F1 nurses. Thanks
I have called and emailed over 30 agencies and got some interview, however, they were too far away for me so I rejected. I also signed initial contract with Conexus but I am looking for some more options when I pass NCLEX - RN in September. . The best thing is apply your resume then they will call you to make an interview appointment. In addition, when you get EAD card you can actually work and get paid as a citizen if you can not find the sponsorship during this time. RN-BSN will have many agencies. Due to my degree is associate, I do not have many options as you but guys can check these agency out. These agencies hire both RN- ADN and RN- BSN.
