Hello,

You are addressing several issues on your post. I'm going to try to answer them as best I can.

General education classes are transferable from one institution to another. Generally speaking, core classes are not. However, you would need to verify with the receiving institution if they would accept them or not.

The National League for Nursing (NLN) is "the premier organization for nurse faculty and leaders in nursing education". Overview

The National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC) is a subsidiary of the NLN. Its purpose has been the specialized accreditation of nursing education programs in the USA. However, they changed their name to the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) in late 2013. But they are still a subsidiary of NLN.

According to Galen College's website, they are accredited by the ACEN. Accredited Nursing Programs | Galen College Accreditations

You can find a lot of interesting common questions to the ACEN here: Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing – Frequently Asked Questions [FAQs]

Hope this helps.
