I need help finding a surgeon preference card. Can anyone help me Please!

Any particular surgery or specialty??? Just about every procedure has it's own preference card.... Let me know what you need. I have Gen surgery & Ortho.

Our cards are surgeon specific.

In general or for a certain case. And can I ask why you need it? Your OR should have general pick sheets available for you to copy if needed...

we had to do one for our class and i was wanting to see how one would look. Thanks for sending a reply, but i have done found what i needed. i don't understand. what is a general pick sheet? thanks again for sending a reply.

We had pull cards, 5x7 index cards handwritten waaaay back when (19th century it felt like).

I am so glad to see the system has moved up to the 21st century.

My aaaarrrrgggghhhhh was the sometimes doc who would list: follow Dr. S J's supplies except gloves of 8 and Dr. K D's instrument tray. Sheesh!!!!!!!
