Onto Phase II

Passed Foundations in Nursing Practice this morning. A lot of select all questions were on my test. I thought this was by far the easiest of Phase I. I focused more on the content guide and my older books from LPN school rather than SG101 alone. I found some errors in the SG101 study guide as well. Hope everyone has a great weekend.
