Hey everyone :)
So fall just flew in so I thought what a great time it would be to start my nursing applications lol. It is very early, but I enjoy having this on my mind. I am in my final year at University and am hoping to be a nursing student come next September. I wanted to make a space where we could come together with a common goal: getting accepted. The schools I plan to apply are:
Trent, Toronto, Humber, Western and Queens
Possibly considering RPN programs as well.
Hello everyone,So I'm not sure if someone has asked this question already, but I received an acceptance to Western, and I have to accept my offer by June 9th. My first choice is still u of t because I already live in the Toronto area, however I still haven't heard anything from them. If I accept my offer at western, can u of t see that ?? Also, does anyone know how much the deposit is for western to hold a place? I can't seem to find the info on that since I haven't accepted my offer yet !
Thanks in advance !
I don't know about the deposit but you can accept for one school and that won't affect any other offers.
No I haven't! I did get info online though and I'm all signed up for my enrolment date already.
Same, I'm an internal applicant and my program change request was approved. But do you guys know if internal applicants get an acceptance email or if we have to accept the offer because it didnt have that option. I don't want to get my hopes up lol
Thanks!
Hey all, I hope that admissions process is going smoothly. :)
For all Humber/UNB second entry students taking the prep courses on Sept, have you guys already applied to OSAP and if so, what program option did you click? They don't have a preperatory program option, just the Jan 2018 to Aug 2018 option. Do we still apply for that program despite not having been officially admitted until the prep program is completed?
Sincerely,
A confused hopeful
Does anyone know if Trent U compressed prog is still sending out acceptances? My current status is WA= assessment in progress. I've called the nursing admission office and they only state: that nothing is missing from my application, that I am to wait until a decision has been made and it's based on rolling admissions. Does anyone have any advice?
