Hey everyone :)
So fall just flew in so I thought what a great time it would be to start my nursing applications lol. It is very early, but I enjoy having this on my mind. I am in my final year at University and am hoping to be a nursing student come next September. I wanted to make a space where we could come together with a common goal: getting accepted. The schools I plan to apply are:
Trent, Toronto, Humber, Western and Queens
Possibly considering RPN programs as well.
Hi everyone,
I still haven't received any offers, (which makes me very anxious) however Western asked for my final grades so i am hoping that is a good sign.
But for anyone that has applied to UofT, my documents say that they've been received, but not yet reviewed.
Does anyone know if that means they just haven't gotten to me yet?
Or have people been accepted where there stuff says it still hasn't been reviewed?
Also my application status just still says "application received".
Just wondering if anyone has any insight on this!
Thank you :)!
To send our winter final grades (the last semester) do you know if we request to send it 'Immediately' or the option 'End of Winter Term' ??
I selected at the 'End of Winter Term' because my transcript hasn't been updated yet, so if OUAC sent it immediately, it wouldn't include my Winter marks yet.
Hey @triNurse2017, I emailed admissions with the same question back when I was applying and they were very vague, basically just repeating what it already stated on their website. From what I understood, they will only look at courses completed as part of your undergrad, so anything you do after will not improve your admission GPA sadly.
Just got a conditional offer from McMaster today! How long did it take OUAC/letter of admission to show up for those who received the same?
Congrats! My letter of admission came later on the same day as the offer showed up on Mosaic. It took 3 days for the offer to show up on OUAC (had to wait the entire weekend).
We also received an email from the admissions coordinator regarding tuition deposits yesterday morning. She just reminded us to pay the deposit by the deadline to accept the offer.

Hi guys, I have a question about averages. I know UofT uses the last ten courses to calculate your average, but I have taken 4 courses now since graduating. Does anyone know if they use the last 10 courses of your undergraduate only, or do they also include courses not taken as a part of your undergraduate program?
Also - was there any conclusion drawn on the JoinUofT status changing to 'Under Review'?
