Anyone applying to NP school in Ontario for the year 2025?
Would love to have a discussion started for acceptances, etc.

I'm just saying what I've heard, which is that UofT sent out rejections the same day as the acceptances.
there's no point in me making that up ....
Oh I apologize if you think I'm implying you're making it up. I don't think that at all. I'm pointing out that there is more clarification regarding whether or not they meet the minimum requirements, the UofT MD program does something similar where they send out early rejection letters for individuals that did not meet their minimum requirements for that admission intake. It helps individuals to prioritize other acceptances etc.

It is very difficult to gauge how admission committees are operating nowadays as there are so many changes including the transition to single NP stream. I have not heard anyone being wait listed as I know TMU usually follows that process after initial acceptance offers are given out. The tuition for UofT is double that of TMU so depending on how much financial support UofT is offering may lead to candidates selecting one over the other. Does anyone have any insights on the mandatory residency experiences that take place at UofT?

I read on their site, that the residency in September will be after Labour Day Monday. So from Tuesday to Friday 8am-6pm for that week! I'll definitely need to plan for that, I'll be missing my kids first week of school!
