I think RPNs are a lot more limited in opportunities than RNs.

I don't see how the government is going to do this. I also wonder what kind of jobs they are talking about? Full time med-surg up north might not draw new grads.

I live in Northern Ontario and have been waiting for fulltime status since I graduated in 1993. I am anxious to see where these jobs will be and in what capacity?

Sounds like a pain Sarah. I got a fulltime job in Toronto easily in 2002. I guess it depends on the individual hospital.
