Hello future nursing students,
I just wanted to make a post as we enter the new academic year, and more importantly the next admission cycle. Hopefully through this post we can all share our admission experiences, concerns, and achievements.
To begin with, I am currently a University of Toronto student completing my final year! I am hoping to apply to UBC, UofT, Nipissing, Western, and Trent. Just waiting on applications to open up! I am slightly worried I may not get in because admission is so competitive, and seeing those with 3.9+ not get in can be very scary.
How about you? Are you excited for the new school year? Any concerns for the admission process? Let's get through this together
Hi everyone! I’m likely headed to McMaster for September and was wondering if there were others / a group of prospective students for the same cohort ? I’d be new to Hamilton area and am stressed about finding living arrangements / potential roommates / friends. If you’re in the same boat please reach out! Or perhaps we should make a new group as I’ve already looked on FB to no luck.

Hey guys! I got accepted at Queens and McMaster but am having a hard time deciding which to go to. I think I would prefer McMaster simply because it is 5 terms instead of 6, but Queens in mush closer to Ottawa (where my family is). I've also never visited either campus. I'de love to hear other's input on which program they think is best! Any advice is GREATLY appreciated ?

This is very helpful, thank you so much! My PI is usually very accommodating. He is also a physician researcher and has been supportive of my professional development in the past. I will have a chat with him soon.
