Hello everyone!

Who here is ready to apply to Merced's nursing program next month? I'm about take my TEAS exam soon so I'm super nervous! If you don't mind me asking, how many points do you all suspect you are going to be applying with? This is the first program I am going to be applying to so I have no idea what to expect out of it and hope that I do everything correctly!

Congratulations Futurenurse2017 on completing all your prereqs!!! I hope your TEAS exam went well.

I am aiming to apply next cycle (Fall 2019/Spring 2020). How many points did you end up applying with?

Anyone else getting ready to apply?

Good luck to all applicants!

Thank you so much!! I am turning in my application this coming Wednesday with 65 points :) it's been such a long journey and I hope & pray I get in my first try!!

Best of luck with applying today Futurenurse2017! I just applied yesterday with 92.5 points and it's also the first program I apply to. Nervous but excited!

Yay!! Those are amazing points! You are so getting in! How many other programs are you applying to? I'm applying to MJC, Delta, & Fresno as well.

Thank you, I sure hope so! Besides Merced, I only plan to apply to MJC in May. Good luck with Delta and Fresno :)

Gio93 - thank you :) BEST of luck to you! You totally got this

What are your first choice schools?

This year will be my second year applying. I hope I get in. Good luck!

Congrats on passing your TEAS! I applied to Merced and plan on applying to Delta and MJC as well. Merced is interesting compared to the other nearby nursing schools because their acceptance is mainly lottery. Good luck!

Do you have medical experience and a Bachelors degree? I've never seen a score that high!

ms Salvatore CNA: my first choice would be either MJC or delta since they are closer to me but since they have gotten super competitive I may have a better chance with Merced's lottery :) how about you?

My first choice would be fresno because I live in Fresno, but I didn't get in so I'm waiting to hear from merced. I have a better chance at merced because it is my second time applying there.
