Hey, everyone! I am new to this site, and am looking for others in the same boat as me! I am just getting ready to submit my applications for Fall 2016. So far I am applying to two schools, one being FTCC. Is anyone else applying to Fayetteville Tech for Fall 2016? I'm trying to see about where I might stand...what is the max number of points we can have towards admission (including the 15 bonus points we can get at the information session)...is it 95?

I think it is kind of unfair to change the point system in the middle of the application period. Although I guess if they aren't giving points out for just being on time and wearing appropriate clothes then no one will get them and it will still be even. IDK

Hopefully you still have enough points to get in!! Thank you for telling us about the people who got in last year. I really hope it's the same this year!!

I did just look at the paper we got when putting in our application, and it says that you have to have a 'B' or better in your science courses, so they won't give you credit for whatever A&P class you got a C in. Hopefully that doesn't really count against you.

I think you still get points but that you have to retake it once you start.

I received my HARF email today! I thought it would have the info session/math assessment date included but it doesn't. Anyone know how long until the next email it sent out?

I got mine today too but I had to file an appeal �� Hopefully they fix mine soon!! How many points did you get? I think the information session is sometime next month, but idk when they will tell us!

I have 52 points. My friend is applied to the LPN program and had to file an appeal as well. They didn't count one if her transfer credits as a prerequisite. So she's waiting on that too.

I took my English classes as another school and they gave me credit for eng 111 but left the 112/114 blank. They say they answer your appeal within 5 business days, so I should know something this week. Without the class I have 57 points, but I want those extra 12 points lol. I also can't wait to go to the information session. I wish it didn't take until May to find out if we get in or not.

Seriously! they should stream-line the process a little, especially considering they don't count spring semester grades anyway.

And by the end of this month they pretty much know who's in or not. The extra points at the information session don't make THAT much of a difference. The only one they can't figure out before then in your score on the math test the give out. Ugh waiting sucks

They should just look at the math score on the teas test! Skip the extra assessment all together

They approved my appeal, so I have 69 points!
