Hey all, just wondering who is applying to the Spring cohort at CSUSM. I actually applied to Fall and was accepted but had to defer to get better situated for the move. It worked out too because this is the cohort that is at the main campus, which I greatly prefer.

I live in Los Angeles now so looking forward to life in a beach town, even though we'll be studying non stop haha. If anyone has any questions about the application process let me know. I had 36 points so should be good, but am considering retaking the TEAs exam.

@futurerninthemakin I know they have some campus housing but I think mostly undergrad students fill those up. I am moving from the LA area so going to look at all options like Craigslist etc. It seems pretty easy. We could also start a facebook group as I know past cohorts were able to find housing with other students through that.

Hi! Has anyone heard anything about when the next wave of acceptances will happen?

Hi! Has anyone heard anything about when the next wave of acceptances will happen?

I emailed my advisor last week, she stated that the next wave would happen no sooner than two weeks after the 1st wave of acceptances went out. So I guess the earliest that the 2nd wave would go out is on Monday (10/01). But I also know that in previous semesters acceptances have been offered as late as a week before the start of the semester. That being said I'm really hoping to know sooner than later if possible too because I'd be coming from out of state for the program (waaaay out of state) and would need to set up my moving, living, and work situation as early as possible.

Hope to meet everyone soon! Besides getting all immunizations together, has anyone heard back from them about things we should be getting ready? I have friends who got into programs around CSUSM and they're all getting background checks, etc already.
