Well, I'm thinking about going back to school and getting my Masters in Nursing but am having trouble finding exactly what I want. Duke University has the specific program but I'm in KS and am not quite ready to make the move. Has anyone taken an online full program course?? I have taken online classess and really liked them but taking a whole course load online....I just don't know. Any thoughts?? I'm looking forward to gettting my Masters and continuing my education but I'm hitting a rock. Thanks for listening!!!!

I'm doing the online MSN through University of Phoenix. They recently added a nurse educator track also. I'm doing the Management and Leadership track.

It all depends on what kind of MSN your looking for, and your learning style. If you need a lot of interaction, then you might want to look at a traditional program. Traditional state school programs are cheaper. When evaluating distance ed programs look at the onsite requirments. SOme programs have summer time visits, some have 1-2 week per semester.
Talk to the school and get as much info as you can to make your decision. DOnt forget to add in the cost of travel, hotel, food, etc when calculating cost.
