i don't know of any online LPN programs in indiana. the indiana nursing board is very strict. if you do actually hear of one let me know. deconess is very expensive and you do have to travel there for clinicals and tests i think. not sure regents will work for you in the state of indiana. ivy tech has lpn but nearly impossible to get into and it is not online. well good luck.i have checked out many and so far deaconess in saintlouis,mo is the best. out of all the schools i have checked out they have the most detailed info on it. there is one in ny/nj area called regents, there is one in the state of sc,one at texas a&m,there is one at a school called northwest technical and community college in east grandforks,mn too. there is also one that i seen in the state of in. search on google.com. i would highly suggest you look at deaconess first they are the best.

That is correct. You do have to travel to St. Louis after every clinical semester (5 total trips) for a 4 day evaluation at your own expense. As for the tests, unless it's changed they are all online.
I have to say after completing the PN component, this is a good school for most students. There are drawbacks as with any program so I suggest you know exactly what the requirements are before making a decision. It is one of the few options for a distance ADN but it won't be long before others pop up. The cost is one of those drawbacks. For the money, I was expecting more qualified instruction.
