Online license renewal with traffic ticket disclosure

I have gone my whole life without incurring any moving violations until last year. I was under alor of stress and I had a loved one on hospice care. I received 2 speeding tickets, one camera red light ticket, and a crossing over a double line tickets. My license was suspended but now that I'm making payments it is fine. I want to renew my lvn license. The website gives me the option to renew and pay online even after I answer that I have convictions to disclose. All tickets that cost more than $300 have to be disclosed to the VN boards (1000.00 for the RNs) . I will have to disclose all 4 tickets. I am so worried that they won't renew my license. My question is, am I able to renew online with my traffic tickets that I need to disclose or do I need to send in an app? And has anyone ever been denied their license because of too many moving violations? Please don't be mean, I feel bad enough.

That depends on your BON rules and what it states on the renewal application. If it says you must disclose moving violations and traffic tickets, you need to. If it doesn't say anything, you might call them or look on the website for the rules.
