Wondering if anyone had used or has recommendations on line courses or website that does furthering education of NPs.
I'm a FNP trying to expand my knowledge of urgent care. I see some courses offer CEs and Certificate of completion which seems useful for looking for jobs. Any pointers would be helpful. Thanks
I was looking at the Fitzgerald one here. Seems promising.

There are many online, some of which are free.AACN currently has a free sepsis CE.ANCC & AANP have lots of acute care CEs.I also use NPACE,and various other online sites.

My favorite online continuing education web site is Coursera | Online Courses & Credentials by Top Educators. Join for Free. This site is wonderful and once you look at this site you will say I never knew...glad I do now. Just search for healthcare...
I tell all my young case management patient about this site as it helps them focus on something and maintain their knowledge base without costing anything.
Please let me know what you all think of this site.
I also like Coursera, and it is free!!!

I use Audio Digest for their podcasts. They currently have a special for NPs. I spend lots of time in my car so these podcasts are a great way to get CME and be done with it.

I've been eyeballing that for some time since I have a 1 hour drive. Next year as this year's cme money went to a cme cruise. :)
Ive used Audio Digest now for 12 years - excellent up to date info. Some of the lectures are boring but most are very goo.d
