Hello everyone,
I completed applications for the online FNP programs at USI, George Washington University and Texas Tech University within the last week. Any info of your experience with these schools would be much appreciated.
Thanks,

USI placed me into a part time program, with proposed graduate date of May, 2016. I declined, very frustrated, they allowed for no wiggle room or wait lists for more rapidly paced program. I feel if a school is going to take someone's app fee and time (transcripts, recommendations, etc) they ought to be up front that they are swamped and most likely you will not be able to get into the program you've applied for.
Sorry for the rant, I just wish someone had told me! :) Good luck!
what about at texas tech lubbock

Did anyone get accepted into texas tech? I am applying for the spring.
Did you get accepted to texas tech?
No, I was accepted into George Washington University. I wanted Texas Tech because I was planning on moving back home to Louisiana and GWU is having problems with La. State Board. I currently live in MO so it looks like I'll be here for another 2 years (until I pass boards). Did you apply to Texas Tech?
Yes, I applied for the spring. Do you know how long is there program and how many students are accepted in the program?
Not sure of how many students are accepted, but I think the program is 3 years PT.

Got my acceptance e-mail to Texas Tech today. I only applied to it and Angelo State- haven't heard back from them, but acceptance my offer from Tech anyway. I think Tech receives at least a couple hundred applications each semester and accept like 80 or so.

If you live in MO did you look at Graceland? Their FNP program runs out of Independence.
I'm moving back to Louisiana next year so I really was wanting to get into Texas Tech, but George Washington was my second choice.
