When considering an online program look for accreditation; CCNE, NLN, etc. Employers care about the school's accreditation, not if it is brick and mortar, or online. I completed my MSN online and am very happy to say I am currently working in my specialty of education in an online RN to BSN program.
Online programs offer flexibility to those of us who work full time, but may be very intense. Courses can be 5 to 8 weeks with the same content of 12 to 15 week courses. I'd be happy to offer more input. Let me know.
Do you have any particular recommendations ? So many choices. Chamberlain is accredited by CCNE BUT... I also know that they are for profit and I heard employers don't look at them the same way. is that true ? I like the idea of doing a dual BSN-MSN program and be able to work full time to since bills still have to be paid :/

What are your opinions ? Anyone here attending online BSN/MSN programs? I currently hold an ADN as an RN. I was thinking of applying to Chamberlain college since they have a BSN-MSN program. Any opinions ?
Many other options are Hunter College, SUNY empire and SUNY canton.
But. Was really hoping to do it online so I can work. Is online a good idea or is it not worth it? Would hospitals look at it the same way as if I were Togo to an "on site" program?
