Online A&P

I am wondering if any of you know of a university that offers A&P 1 and 2 online during the spring, in a compressed format, so I could take both the spring semester? My BSN program of choice starts in the summer so I would really like to get both of these knocked out so I can get admitted to it. The other option would be to find a place that offers A&P 1 online during the winter session (December) and take A&P 2 at my institution.

Would it even be possible to take A&P 1 and 2 at the same time?

I'm taking A&P1 in the spring semester through CCCOnline, but it's the pre-req for A&P 2. I will be taking A&P 2 during the summer. Sorry, I can't offer any help besides that info. Good luck! :)

hmmm..i personally wouldn't even recommend taking both in a single semester. you want to do well in those classes not just for the application process but, for your nursing classes. also, some schools do not give you credit for a&p classes taken online, so please make sure that the schools you want to transfer to accept them.

i know how it is applying to schools though! it's a pain waiting (sometimes) years to get in!

i am finishing a biology degree so honestly i think taking a&p 1 and 2 together would be a walk in the park compared to some of the classes i've had. the school i want to apply to will accept online classes. i was wanting to find something where i took a&p 1, and then a&p 2, in the same semester, but not at the same time. in other words, a&p 1 the first half of the semester, and a&p 2 the 2nd half. i've seen compressed classes like that, and i figured someone would do that online.

Thanks a lot, but I guess I should have specified I need the lab too, which they don't offer with the same dates. Does anyone know about University of Phoenix?

I am confused about that as well so I will give them a call because it does not make sense that there are only 3 labs available and so many lectures

Can you let me know what you find out? I just checked with Phoenix and they wanted 515 an hour for tuition! That would be over 4,000 dollars for the two courses. There's no way i can afford that. Tuition at the community college is 70 an hour and 128 at the 4 year school here. I just can't fathom people paying that much for tuition.
