One More Texas Nurse

Words cannot express the excitement I am feeling today! On my second attempt I passed. My name was on the Texas BON website at 8 am this morning and I have been crying with excitement ever since! I just want to say Thank You for all the support I got from this message board. I feel everyone here is an inspiration. Every single person here is smart and will pass this test. I pray for all of us everyday. God hears your prayers and he knows your desires and I feel if you put all your faith and trust in him he will make a path for you. It wasn't until after I failed the first time with 265 questions that I actually put things into perspective. You have to trust, you have to work hard and you have to give your burdens to him. When your heart is humbled and you trust in him so many good things start to happen. You know the weirdest thing is this second time I went in to test I was so calm and I felt so confident coming out. I didn't know if that was good or bad but I just knew after praying and being positive and believing it could happen I could do it and I did. God answered my request and I am positive he will be with each and every one of you on your testing day. I just wanted to share the news. Everyone else I know isn't at home! You are all great and everyone's support on this website helped me keep my faith and helped see me through this. My heart goes out to all of you. God Bless You!

;) It takes strength to be polite to someone who has been rude to you. It takes strength to be truthful when a lie would be easier. It takes strength to do what has to be done even though it is unpleasant and uncomfortable. It takes strength to keep going in face of the obstacles, when it would be easier just to give up.

It takes strength to build for the future. It takes strength to resist temptation. It takes strength to do what is right. It takes strength to make an effort when it would be easier to make up an excuse.

And at the same time, strength comes from doing what is right. Strength comes from the truth. Strength comes from building for the future. Strength comes from effort. Strength comes from persistence.

Be strong, and you will get stronger. Your strength will bring triumph. Your strength will bring success. You have strength. Use it and it will bring many good things. ;)
