I donated my school uniforms back to the school. Then when I left LTC and got a different job (royal blue scrubs only), I took all of my patterned tops and colored pants to Goodwill.

I used to know someone who went at least once, sometimes twice a year on mission work, and she always took a suitcase full of scrubs to use there and LEAVE there. For others to continue to use.
I'd suggest contacting someone who knows of an outbound mission :)

My school uniforms I donated to the department. You can always donate scrubs to Goodwill or something like that- plenty of people snap them up! You could even list them on ebay or craigslist if you wanted to.

I took some of my old scrubs to the local animal shelter. The vet techs use them.

I took my old school scrubs, patches and all, to Goodwill. Many of the students in this area re-use them and go there to find them.

^^This, for sure! My sister worked in a resale shop, and she said the scrubs were usually snapped up the day they went on the racks!
