Which state? CA takes four to six months before they will give you approval to sit for the exam. Not sure what you are referring to when you say that you passed your application, which state?

hi daff, regarding you finger print card to illinois, try to apply sa state of illinois and ask them to send you a copy of it..remember, some states require 1 card while some require 2 cards..purpose of it, the 1st card, they will sent to fbi to know if applicant have any criminal record in the whole u.s., then the 2nd one is for the state and bon to keep yata. and mind you, don't ask for california finger print if you are applying sa illinois..he he..magkakaproblema ka doon..then ang pag finger print, the best is after filling up ang info, go to NBI na, dyan lang yan sa U.N., mas kinikilala pa yan ng u.s., though kahit saang precinct lang naman pwede na rin..If you live in the province, try mo ang regional office ng nbi..

thanks for the info

To qualify for working in the US, it requires a BSN, the 2 year program overseas may meet licensign requirements, but it does not meet immigration requirments, therefore you cannot work in the US with it.

why?

you have not taken any of the exams, and the application is only good for one year. and if you are going the route of ca, that you keep posting about, it is going to be close to that time.

you download the application, fill it out handwritten, then send it in.

all questions concerning working in the us belong on the international forum, they are not specific to those from the philippines.
