I tested this past Saturday, October 1st. I studied for a month doing 100 questions a day. As the days got closer, I found myself getting tired (scores decreased). I wasn't able to focus. I feel that perhaps you have reached your capacity and should take these next two days off, if you can. It definitely gets tiring when you study everyday, you have to give your brain a break! Best of luck on Wednesday! You'll do great!
I agree with Capriiverno! I took mine this past Friday, Sept. 30th and felt exactly like you guys did. I took a couple of days off, did my nails, watched movies, walked my dog, enjoyed the weather, etc. and I feel like that really helped. Hope your test went well today, please let us know how you did when you get your results :) Good luck!
Well, I didn't pass. This was my 3rd try. I am really starting to lose hope here. The first time, I got near passing on all my sections. Second time was almost identical to the first. Now, I am just waiting for my results to come in to see where I stand. I don't know what I am missing here. I did uworld and kaplan. My scores ranged anywhere from 53% up to 65% on kaplan. I finished uworld with an average of 58%. What in the world am I doing wrong? Any suggestions?

I am very sorry that you did not pass. I know you've been hearing this a lot, but please do not give up. It seems like you are comprehending and understanding the material looking at your scores. Now, how are you while you are taking the exams? How do you feel? I think 50% of it is mental and one needs to be positive and confident and go in there thinking and believing that they are going to pass. Seeing as this was your third time taking it, maybe you were feeling defeated before even going in to take the exam. Are you struggling with SATA questions? OB? Mental health? I think it's always best to take a break and regroup for a while, then jump back in. This does and will not define you as a nurse and the care you will give to your future patients. Just know that you will soon get there. Hold your head up high. If this is what you want, I hope you will continue forth and try again. If I can help in anyway, please let me know. Best of luck
Since you've tried Kaplan and uworld, have you tried hurst? NCLEX mastery app? Saunders book for content?

I've been studying for the NCLEX RN for about a month now. I've been using UWorld and Kaplan for practice questions. Reading every rational and taking notes (even taking notes to the ones I get correct). In total I think I have done about 3500 questions. I am testing on Oct. 5th. Over the past few days, I have seen my scores go from being really good to now down in the gutter! Is this a sign I should reschedule? Keep practicing questions? I feel like I am getting worked up about it. Has anyone had this problem??
