Hello! Has anyone out there applied to the Entry Master's Program at Ohio State for the Summer 2016 start?

Thank you for starting this thread. I applied to OSU's Graduate Entry MSN program for Summer 2016 entry as well. I am already quite anxious to hear back, though understand I have to wait several months for a decision. I'm sure you both feel the same way! I would love to be in touch with folks during this process and beyond.

I selected the PMHNP speciality track. What program are you pursuing?

I applied last year as well. Denials started mid-December while others were still waiting by mid-January. I applied for CNM.

No. I had not completed any of my pre-reqs. I applied again this year with everything complete, better recommendation letters, and a better personal statement.

I reapplied too. Last year I didn't have my prereqs finished and got on the waitlist. Hopefully I get in this time. Has anyone received an invite for a video interview yet?

This is my first time applying to nursing school (and hopefully my last!), so forgive me if I am a bit unclear about the process. OSU has been wonderful and much more transparent than other universities regarding admissions, but I still was not aware an interview was required of applicants. (I might have assumed, but you know what they say about that. ;)) I do not see that indicated anywhere on the website; perhaps I am missing something. Toothless, do you know when we can expect to hear about interview dates? OSU is my first choice, and the suspense is intense. It's great to communicate with folks about this! Good luck to all.

I have not yet received an interview invite. I was recently trying to remember when we got them last year. The interviews were not listed online as last year they were trying them out. This year during info sessions and open houses we were told to expect one again.
