Ohio RN to BSN starting August 2013

I am starting this program in August. I am a busy father/husband and was looking for advice to get ahead. Can anyone tell me any reading or anything I can start now so I don't fall behind once class starts? I have just received my acceptance letter and am yet to register for classes. I'm excited to be getting started. After 4 years of ICU nursing I'm ready to advance my career.

I am also curious if anyone on here will be starting with me.

Yep it is and I could kick myself for not going back earlier. Everyone has been more than helpful as we have all been in your shoes and know what you are feeling! I will finish ( I hope!) in April and will have taken 15 classes in 14 months!

Beth, I am starting Monday too! I've been out of school since 1986!! I bought the PERRLA program and think it will be very helpful.

annrn64 once you get the hang of PERRLA it is a great help. It is just getting use to how APA formatting is done. I use it for all my papers.
