Yes it is coming..............already seeing a flux of people jumping of the wagon back into agency.
I think by the time you look at all the funds you need to be an I.P such as malpractice insurance, legal consultations for your business such as setting up a company to work under so if someone seeks legal action against you, your property is safe (such as operating under an L.L.C.), pay all your taxes to the federal, state and locals levels, pay your social security taxes out of what your making in reality there is not alot left.

I don't want to go back to agency. I make better with IP and I am certainly treated better by patients than by a corp. who is interested in profit. Nurses and patients are the agencies sidelines!
