I got my official offer letter in the mail today. This is a first and I am beyond excited. It's only part-time to start and it's in a clinic but I really could not be happier. It's with a great health system in my city and once I get my foot in the door there will be tons of room to move around, get more hours, and get lots of varied experience. It's about $2 less than what the big hospital around me starts out but the hours are excellent, no overnights or super early start times and I will still do my medical billing job until I can get on full-time. I graduated in May, passed NCLEX in June and have been applying since March so being able to start working as an RN has me over the moon. Hang in there job searchers, you will get there!!
