I don't have cable TV. I was called last night about this. I'm so glad it is on YouTube.
In case you don't have time for the entire video the part praising heroic nurses starts at 10:58.
He praises the Koch Brother's donations to the New York hospital where he was cared for at 8:39 and his surgeon at 10:34.
I heard him say, "You can be outraged at what the Koch brothers do with their money in politics and you can still appreciate it when they give their money to hospitals."I needed to think about that. Again I re-learned what Mr. Fred Rogers taught children on TV, "The very same people who are good sometimes; are the very same people who are bad sometimes.
I heard nothing claiming he deserved health care, but others do not.
I'm praying we can learn to appreciate heartfelt thanks.
