OCTOBER nclex takers who are waiting for results!!!

ok guys. a thread for us who took the nclex in october and are still waiting for results. post your questions, thoughts, and feelings!

i took mine on the 28th and it has only been a week. still waiting. i wanna ask you guys if there is any significance in NOT having any dosage calculation questions? anyone? i had 205 questions..

block 21 when i was in 3rd year and block 12 in 4th year. the lady wearing black in the official website is my classmate in my minor subjects hehehe....

how was the cursed school?

HAHA cursed school. oh man. hopefully our passing rate goes up. did you get to meet the new dean? it GOT crazyyyy when she started cutting students hair that wouldn't wear it up in a hairnet. what state did you apply in?

*i just called cali-BRN-- they said my results were mailed yesterday... yikes. i'll be checking that mailbox like a maniac w/ OCD. *fingers crossed*

the last dean you have to repeat a year and no fast track which is better because we got a higher passing rate (although i didn't took nle yet. maybe after nclex so i can go back to the phil for local board).

no i didn't...

i had mixed emotions about the NLE. -in order to take it, i would've needed to change my citizenship.. and also, i was too excited to move back to cali, so i didn't look too much into the NLE. also, my school didn't allow my batch to take the june board-- had to be nov. so i didn't wanna wait for it.

today marks exactly 2 weeks since my test date and still nothing. im gonna check my mailbox tomorrow and if theres still nothing im gonna call already...yikes.

definitely unnecessary stress!! i agree. i moved back out here 3rd week of sept... a week after you. and yea, i did my nclex review out in manila.. with kaplan. how'd you review.?

yeah. call if there's still no envelope in your mailbox. i called a few hours ago. they said they mailed my result yesterday. oh goshhhhh! super anxious!

what?? haha how funny...i came here l3rd week of september too (my mistake, september 18) and i also reviewed in kaplan in makati!

i got my big white envelope today. sad to say, i failed. i cried a river. but after reading a few threads on this forum, it motivated me... i'm gonna bring out my review books tomorrow... & reapply. -will hit those books again on monday. everyone kept telling me it's not the end of the world.. and it's not. i'd wallow up and stay in bed the whole day... but what good would that do right. i'm disappointed and sad... but life goes on. it must be lived forward. i won't give up..and will take it til i pass. i continue to wish LUCK to everyoneeee who is reviewing, about to take the test, and waiting for results!!! :redbeathe

Sorry to hear that. Give yourself a few days off before you start studying again and then set a program to study as if you haven't sat the exam before. Good luck

Hello all...i've taken the nclex more than once already....I just took it again yesterday. I got 265 questions, and I KNOW i got the last answer incorrect. I took the Kaplan course and the instructor said that if you get to that many questions, the computer counts the last 2 questions to make it's decision. If that's the case, I didn't pass : ( Has anyone been in my boat and passed and/or failed? Trying to stay optimistic..... :wink2:
