thanks pinky87, i live in ca. when did u take your exam? I am planning to take it again end of Dec. nclex rn.. I dont know what to do right now. I am also looking for a job.. confused

took my exam on oct 21st, still waiting for my results. i have no idea if i passed or not but i am hoping that i did pass. when i took the exam i felt that the questions i was getting are easy but i was just to dumb to know the right answer good luck to all of us!!! :wink2:

I took mine October 27th, stopped at 85 questions and took abut 45 minutes to an hour. I feel like I passed but you never know. My friend in class took hers over 3 weeks ago and no results yet. Our class graduated the end of June and the school messed up our paperwork, so were all taking our tests later than expected. This feels like it's taking so long. I need to get a job already! SInce I'm in CA it sounds like results are taking over a month in some cases. Ugh!

does anyone out there know when you fail the nclex and check on the license verification website if the status of your temporary practice permit goes from active to expired right after you take the boards does it mean that you failed. Because I just passed and after i found out my temporary practice permit status went from active to null and void and my registered nurse license then said active. A friend of mine took hers and called the BON in PA and they kept telling her that there was no license issued and that her TPP expired since they cannot say the words "you passed" or "you failed" because they are not authorized isnt that another way of them telling you that you failed??

TOOK NCLEX-RN PEARSONVUE SAY PASS, BEEN 7-8 BUSINESS DAYS BUT STILL NOT ON BON, CAN ANYONE CLARIFY WHY? ALSO APPLICATION STATUS STATES EVERYTHING ELSE ACCEPTED, BUT SUPERVISOR AND TRANSCRIPT STATUS PENDING??? REALLY DON'T UNDERSTAND THIS SINCE THEY SHOULD ALREADY HAVE TRANSCRIPTS AND PLEASE WHAT DOES SUPERVISOR MEAN?/ THANKS JUST VENTING:bugeyes:

Took my nclex-rn too last oct 17 but sad to say i failed but im planning to take it again by december or january. I graduated from the phils and it was just a year now that im here in US. Well,we can't give up now...let's do it!

I took my test on the 22nd...I was educated in the philippines so all my paperwork has to be complete before i take the test right? still no result and my name is not on the CABON website (and yes, i do have a SSN)...so im starting to feel really down...what if i go to the mailbox and see a big envelope...*sobs* i dont mean to sound all emo but the helplessness is really getting to me...darn CA for not having quick results...

i knowww. hopefully we get it this week.

everytime the mail comes in, i get so nervous.

my test stopped at 75. 1 sata, mostly prioritization questions like "who to see first..." which patient you can discharge to clear a bed... cohorting patients. infection control. documentation. a few meds. =)

i blocked out the questions though. i really can't remember the exact questions. i don't see how people can. hehe.
