OCCC BADNAP Summer 2021

Hi all, im creating a thread for those applying to OCCC BADNAP Summer 2021. I created one for last year program and I never applied, went through some hardships but I am ready. ? Please feel free to share, comment and give advice on this thread. Good luck to you all!

I really hope so! I feel like I have a good number. So I’m going to keep my fingers crossed. I hope they let me know soon cause my email stated it could be up until the week of orientation to find out.

I know they did let some know pretty late into the process but some students started making it off the alternate list either the same week as decisions were sent out or the week right after.

So excited for everyone! I got in as well! Just curious if anyone read the acceptance packet and know where you are supposed to get the drug test taken at? Also I registered for the 1:00 April 6th CPR class if anyone else wants to/needs to join. Can’t wait to meet everyone!

Their acceptance packet says that they will let us know about drug testing during orientation. It also says that surscan will send us an email telling us where to get tested and when. So I'm not too sure which is more accurate. I went ahead and registered and paid for drug testing and the background check because I like to be on top of things. I'm setting up the myclinicalexchange info now so that I can get all my immunizations uploaded as well. I signed up for the BLS course on the 6th of April as well but for the 10 AM one. Looking forward to meeting you at orientation.

@Tahana_R you will get in been number 6 just wait closer to orientation time you they told us we got until March 8 to respond so be patient about another couple weeks

Hey everyone! I've been following along here, but wanted to let you all know I have been accepted as well!

Originally I was waitlisted #32 because I didn't have US Government completed, but after I clarified that I completed it during my previous degree and sent the syllabus, they replied with an acceptance email minutes later. Anyone else following along in that same boat might reach out and do the same.

Hello, everyone.  Late to the game... Just found this thread.  I also applied for Summer 2021 BADNAP, but am alternate #20, so a little disappointed.  Was missing Microbiology, which I'm taking now.  Far too old to put this off much longer.  Would love to see them dig record-setting deep into the alternate list.  :-/
