OCCC BADNAP-Spring 2021

Nursing Students School Programs

Published

Hello Everyone! This thread is for students applying to the BADNAP program for Spring 2021.

I’ll keep my fingers crossed for you! You’ll do great! I’m so ready to get my application complete and submitted as well, I’m not very patient ?

Have you checked too see if the application is on NursingCAS I check everyday and I haven't seen anything.

As of this morning still not available. I have tried calling but no one answers. I’m starting to get a little anxious, as I know it takes several weeks for the applications to be verified in the CAS system and they must be in the verified status for the application to be accepted. I’m wondering if the deadline will be extended?

Same! I take my TEAS next month but im so anxious to get my application started. Im wondering the same thing, I have emailed a couple of times but I haven't gotten a response back ?

Hey guys! I am also applying for the Spring 2021 BADNAP program as well. This will be my first time to apply so I am anxious and excited!

Hi Ashley! It will be my first time to apply as well, so anxious to get the application completed and get this process started!

Hi Ashley! This is my first time as well, I've been checking for the app but still nothing. the site says coming soon. im freaking out because the deadline is in September

Oh wait just noticed its due in October my nerves have went down.. freaking out for nothing LOL

I'm so glad you saw that! I have not checked recently, and was starting to panic just a bit. Thank you for posting!

Hi everyone, I'm also applying for the Spring. I won't have my last two pre-reqs done until December but I'm hoping to still get in

@Evan Ravis I also have 1 pre-req I am completing this fall. I am finishing Human Phys. I spoke with the OCCC advisor about my pending pre-req and he acted like that is typically the case with applicants and that as long as we show we are enrolled and would be ready to go into Nursing 1 in January it wouldn’t be much of an issue. He said the majority of applicants are finishing up their pre-read still and that being a “top tier” applicant is few and far between so I think you have just as good of a shot for sure!

@Ashley_Michelle77 that's good to hear. I've been a little nervous because of that and getting a B in one of my Summer classes since I'm not the best at online learning, but that didn't lower my GPA much
