  1. Hi Stephanie! Welcome! Looking forward to seeing everyone at orientation, even if it has to be over Zoom at this time! Does anyone know if there has been a facebook page started for our cohort? I hope everyone is having a great weekend!
  2. It’s terrifying! I have a son in college, so it will be strange going back to school at the same time! I know it won’t be easy to balance it all, but the temporary struggle will be worth it! We’ve got this ?
  3. I was very shocked! I was just telling my husband I haven’t checked my email today, when I’ve been checking multiple times a day for the past week, and there it was! Still a bit in shock!
  4. I would love to join the 40-somethings ladies group ? I’m 47! Congratulations! Can’t wait to meet you in January!
  5. I got my acceptance email just now, alternate #7! Congratulations! Looking forward to meeting you Tonja!
  6. Just checked my email, nothing today. Anyone else have any updates?
  7. They gave me alternate number 7. I did just speak with an advisor (not my usual one) who said the half numbers weren’t necessarily for all of the alternate spots, (there may be a 5.5 but not a 7.5). It seems like there is different info every time I call, so I’m interested in what others are hearing as well. I’m trying to decide if I should put the time and effort into applying for June, considering the Spring class had a record number of applicants, wondering if June will be more of the same?
  8. I called, they did send me the wrong email and sent me the correct one with an alternate number, but I don’t believe the waitlist will get that far down (especially since they are doing alternate 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, etc). So, they did make a mistake, but the new outcome may not help me much. ? Even though the enrollment site shows 72 seats, I was told there were the usual 45 admitted for Spring, so I’m not sure why it says 72, or who is making up those extra seats.
  9. My email did not mention anything about being an alternate ?
  10. I noticed on the class schedule for early Spring, they have 72 seats available for the 1st semester BADNAP students, so it looks like they’ve possibly admitted more than usual? Although, I’m probably reading it wrong, I left my bifocals at home today and this is the 2nd nursing program I’ve been rejected from, so I’m seriously doubting my intellect at this point ? My advisor has told me that sometimes they get pretty deep into the alternate list, so best of luck to all of you who made it that far! I will keep my fingers crossed for all of you ?
  11. I did not get in, 3.01 GPA and all prerequisites completed last fall. I’m too old to apply for the Summer cohort, and my numbers won’t change between now and then anyway, so my nursing aspirations are finished. Best of luck to those of you who were admitted, you all will do great! I’ve enjoyed chatting with everyone these past few months!
  12. So hopefully this week maybe? Getting really anxious!
  13. I was thinking that since the campus was closed for a few days last week and with so many not having electricity, it may push everything back. Hopefully this week is the week!
  14. Hi everyone! Since tomorrow will be 3 weeks since the application deadline, just wanted to see if anyone has heard any updates? I still have no response from my advisor.
  15. I emailed my advisor last week to see if I could get any info, but no response yet. Im not good at waiting ?
