OCCC BADNAP Class of 2011

I was just checking to see who all will be attending the OCCC BADNAP program starting this June. If you are, let me know~:)

I just spoke with the college and she said they are hoping to get them mailed out today. So that would mean we would get them tomorrow if this is true. FINGERS CROSSED!!!

My mailman came by half an hour ago, and he did not have any certified mail for me. So, I called the school. The letters were put in the mail yesterday evening, so they won't be in circulation until today. I think if you live close to OKC then there is a good chance the letters will arrive tomorrow!

I just received mine as well! I was getting worried...the mail runs earlier during the week. I just discovered we have a different mail guy on Saturdays!

Hi everyone here.......I have not posted before but I just received my acceptance letter. Got to say the wait was terrible, but I saw the postman and met them in the front yard and when I saw her take a pen from her pocket to sign I knew I was in. I am so grateful and excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sorry to inform everyone who was accepted that I am too. I will probably be the oldest student there. Looking forward to summer. I would like to form study group. It makes life easier to tackle objectives when several people attack them and trade notes.

You don't have to worry about being old. We all have bachelor degrees, so we are all already older than the average college student. I am looking forward to attending classes with people around my own age now!

At work, besides some of the surgeons and one staff member on the weekend crew, I'm the oldest. The older Docs call me old man. When they want something they say, "Ask the old man" or "Where is the old fart". Those guys who do that are much older than me! It's ok and I smile at them.

It will be nice to work with older generation folks. I am so geared up for it. They cut me loose at work early to get home and to get the mail. I had to text message everyone there.

Val, let's kick butt and take names!

Congrats to everyone who made it so far! I worked all day and still haven't made it home, so if I have a notice waiting for me I won't be able to get it until Monday morning :( Totally jealous of those that were home :-p

Hope you guys don't shun a spring chicken...I'm only 22 haha
