I am planning to register as a nurse in Australia or New Zealand. I am a registered nurse from the Philippines and I would like to ask about NZ CAP sponsorship for the tuition fee, accomodation and etc. I also would like to know about agencies in the phils that assist financing for the IRON bridging program.

hi! i know an agency that helps finance the bridging program for nurses in australia,as well as the airfare, food and accomodation. they even assist you in finding employers after the bridging as they are affiliated with more than 80 hospitals in OZ.

What is it? Pls post it here. Thanks.

I'm not saying that this is a scam, but this serves as a warning to all nurses that before you decide on anything be sure that you are well-informed about everything from employment situation in Australia and immigration rules. Also, do not go into a financial contract and loans without fully understanding what it entails and if you can pay off the debt with the worst case scenario in mind - that is, not being able to find work.

If you know of agencies that assist please post on the forums however we do not accept blatant advertising because you are involved somehow with the agency and we do ask that you be truthful on how the cost will relate when trying to make payments etc

Honestly, I'm always a bit leery and very cautious about some of these "first-time posters" (those with writing in for the first time, maybe a couple times or a bit more) and then they discreetly "advertise" of agencies or contacts to contact.

I feel they have NOT personally contributed enough to at least gather some confidence in their postings.

I feel some could very well be recruiters who are paid for new customers and clients they can bring in and get paid a commission.

I could be wrong but I would always proceed with extra care as the old saying goes..."If it's too good to be true, then it probably is" or something like that.

There have been other "first-time posters" who do this and then they never post again, like it's a waste of their time.

They are doing a fishing expedition and hope to hook a few desperate nurses.

Good luck with this mob!n very suss.
