NYU Transfer Fall 2019

Hello everyone,

I'm currently applying to NYU Rory Meyers College of Nursing as a transfer student. I saw some threads from previous years so I thought I'd make one to see if anyone else is applying ?

me too! what are your stats? Ive heard NYU takes a wide range of people!

Overall GPA: 3.55

Anatomy: B, Physio: A, Micro: A, Psych: A, Nutrition: A, Stats: A

I think I have around 64 units completed. I have a lot of hospital/clinic volunteer experience so I'm hoping that helps!

What are your stats?

overall I have a 3.71/4.0, all As, I've worked on a pediatric cardiac and transplant impatient surgical unit for 3 years as a CNA and lots of volunteer expereience. NYU is my DREAM school!

I check albert everyday too and its so nerve-wracking

some people heard back already but I haven't seen any rejections yet so hopefully we all got this!

I know the ABSN has heard back, has any transfer students heard back yet?

I haven't. I'm guessing they go through the ABSN applications first? I've heard they review transfers last. I really don't want to wait until June ?

I hate waiting! Another program I applied for releases decisions June 15th, I have a feeling NYU will be in May, I wish they would just tell us!

anyone heard anything? I called NYU and they said because transfers are accepted on a rolling basis, it could be anytime between now and june!
