Hey @kvwinters, If you're starting this Spring semester, then you'll be automatically enrolled in classes. We don't get to pick our classes, or which hospitals we'll be placed in. I was actually at NYU yesterday dropping off my health forms and they told me that they were starting to register people yesterday, but in the email they sent out a while ago they said by December 18th people should be registered. Just keep checking your NYU Albert, and I believe you'll be assigned an advisor as well. Hope that helps!

Hi everyone!
Silly question.. I paid my deposit and wanted to start enrolling in classes but need an advisor approval. I don't actually have an advisor.. So are we assigned one automatically or do we have to get in touch with the department? I'm thinking I'm just not giving this enough time but I started looking up the classes for the spring and they're all closed!

1 lady said to look in albert, the other lady stated they will send an answer through albert only if ur a freshman other than that it should be sent through email ... curiosity did anyone get accepted today? and for those that did get accepted dec 11th was it before 5pm Eastern time or after just curious on when to look out for

Hey folks who have already been accepted AND registered question. Not sure what the hold up is for me but I haven't been registered for classes yet and I am getting kind of antsy.. I know they said the next few days (Up to the 21st) but am I going to be like the last person registered? I still waiting to finish up my health forms and I wonder if that's why I am not registered yet.

Where has everyone been placed for clinicals? Anybody in the afternoon schedule? Congratulations to all who made it in again! And good luck to those who still have not heard YET!

Hey @jcnyc I for some reason didn't get registered yet either, but I can tell you it doesn't have to do with whether or not you handed in your forms yet, because when I handed the health forms in the lady told me she couldn't expedite registration for people who handed in their forms already. I'm surprised they didn't do it yet, I thought the deadline was today. I just really care about what hospital I'm placed in, I keep checking Albert like crazy haha.

I too have not been registered yet. My health forms have been faxed over 3 weeks ago, also received confirmation from NYU. I am wondering what is the hold up. Were you guys assigned an advisor yet? It shows me the an advisor has not been assigned to me yet :-/

Hey Allin

I got the email about the acceptance at 10:30 eastern time. From older threads it seems like the emails go out 10-12. If you happen to check albert before your emails you'd see it there too probably

(it'll ask you to accept/deny the offer if accepted!). I would just focus on the emails! Just hang in there a little more!! Good luck :)
