NYU Fall 2020 RN Graduates Residency Program

Hi, I'm starting a thread for the nurse residency program at NYU for the fall 2020 graduates if anyone has applied and wants to keep up with each other! ?

I applied on 29 Dec 2020 & it still says "Profile/Resume Successfully Submitted" Anyone else in a similar situation just waiting?? 

I read through the Spring 2020 thread for more info too, & it seemed as though they had to wait a while too.

Hi everyone! I am a senior student planning to apply to the Spring 2021 residency. Just wondering if anyone has any advice for the entire process as NYU is somewhere I have always wanted to work. Should I try to connect with HR reps or email a resume to someone? Thanks ?

Hi!

I applied in December and  I was able to reach someone in HR. My applicaton status changed to "Under Review" and I was told to follow up once I have my license. Unfortunately it took me forever to receive my ATT, but once I have my license I'll give updates (if any).

they just put up a posting for Spring 2021 new grads... because we can't apply to both fall and Spring I wonder if that means our applications are now terminated

I was able to reach out to a nurse recruiter once I passed my NCLEX and she changed my status on the application page to, "Profile/Resume Received and Under Review" and said I would be contacted directly if anything becomes available. 

I don't think we're terminated, but it may be more difficult to get hired. I'm not sure if anyone else is in the same situation!

Has anyone been put on the waitlist for a pediatric position? How long did you have to wait for?
