NYU ABSN Spring 2021

Hi all. I'm starting a forum for NYU Spring 2021. I know the application goes live soon so might as well make one now.

I applied for Fall 2020 but didn't get in so I'm applying for the second time. Good luck to us all!

I thought that today would be the last day of decision releases being that rejections started to be released last week...

A previous post here said the admissions office  told them the 18th would be the last day. I imagine some type of notification will go out today, one way or the other. I emailed admissions to ask if there would be time to submit my final grades for my in-progress classes to include in my application and the response was that a decision would “likely be made before the final grades are posted.”

Same. Checklist is still there. I called 2 weeks ago for an update and they just said that my application was under review. I wonder what’s taking so long with the decisions being put out.

I’m not sure but it seems like such a short time between now and the start of the semester.

I called again today and they said there’s no deadline to when decisions are being sent out they’re just sent out randomly. For a school that takes a huge chunk in tuition you would think they would be more organized.

I got my acceptance at 2pm yesterday for the Second Degree Transfer Program
