NYU ABSN Spring 2020

Hello everyone!

My name is Kaitlyn and I was recently accepted into NYU Meyers as a Second Degree (non-accelerated) student. I'll be finishing up my prerequisite courses at NYU this Fall 2019 and will then begin the ABSN curriculum with, hopefully, some of you all in the Spring 2020 cohort!

Just wanted to start a thread for everyone to communicate on as you all work on getting your applications in ?

I don’t know what to do I already made my schedule at Molloy but I’m ready to repeal it. Thanks!

You aren't going to molloy? Can you actually afford nyu?? Did they give you enough financial aid ?

I don’t know what to do I think I’m going to go to NYU. I can afford it thankfully I’m just worried about the schedule because of my job. I still didn’t get my financial aid award

I just received an email from admissions saying decisions will be going out this Friday the 13th although on the phone I've been told as late as January 1st. I do believe, however, that this Friday will be it...I'm wishing everyone the best of luck! Please advise either way!

Does anyone know if people got in so late last year? really anxious.

I called and they said that they make your schedule after orientation in the middle of January. I don’t think this is true! Can anyone let me know about scheduling? ?

Hi! If you see previous comments, a few comments above I explained I was accepted in the beginning of November and my schedule has already been done & I go into details as to how my day/classes look each day! Hope this helps.

Hi! I have one more question,

are u finishing any pre req courses? Because when I was accepted they said I’d get my schedule after I submit my final college transcripts ?
